You are the face of Our Green Affair. Good food won’t be the only reason that guests will be coming back. This role is based on the interpersonal face-to-face customer interaction. We want your personality to shine through making each experience for our guests the best and completely unique. The goal is to make sure our customers leave better than they were when they came in.
Job Responsibilities
As an Our Green Affair Team Member you will always be learning and growing. You’ll be training across different stations and continuously grow within the company.
Responsibilities include:
Sustain cleanliness of front line, lobby, and patio areas.
Take out lobby trash, bus and clean tables and chairs.
Restock utensils, napkins, beverage station and other supplies as needed
Learn and sustain knowledge of our dynamic menu to communicate all ingredients to guests
Guarantee all food on the line meets food safety and quality standards—eliminating cross-contamination on the line
Sustain information of critical dietary information and exemplify appropriate food handling
Set up, maintain, and break down line area
Operate Point of Sale register
Welcome the customer, assist the customer throughout their experience and solve any uncertainties
Verify that all products follow FIFO (first in, first out)
Properly portion and assemble the food served to guests
Work as part of the restaurant team to be that helping hand and respond to guests’ and fellow Team Members’ needs
Qualifications
Food, Restaurant, Team and/or Customer Service experience (preferred)
Team player with a positive mentality
Adaptable learner that can take direction
Ability to work well under pressure
Desire to deliver the best customer service
Must have Food Handler’s Card
Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time
Starting Salary: $14/hour tips ($14.50 maybe $15.00 if have a good amount of experience)
