Job Summary
The Finance Manager – FP&A will coordinate and participate in forecasting and reporting on sales and product metrics. They will work as a business partner with Sales, Manufacturing and Project Management to ensure ONE performance is aligned with its corporate goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking for decision making in financial models.
- Support sales, project management and manufacturing with all customer forecasts/contracts and cost structures by product line and project.
- Analyze results vs forecast, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership and board reviews
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
- Monitoring industry news and trends to identify business opportunities for the company
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of accounting and finance principles and procedures
- You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- You have strong experience working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve the organization’s financial performance
- You have strong written and verbal skills
- You have advanced computer skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple work assignments concurrently
- Willingness to work hard to accomplish company’s goals
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 5-7 years of related work experience required.
- Professional designation or master’s in finance, economics or accounting is an asset.

Work Schedule
- Full-time 40 hours and generally scheduled Monday through Friday 9am-6pm
- Work schedule to be established with supervisor to ensure Company’s client and business needs are met
