Description:
The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of previous shop experience, the ability to perform most standard bike repairs with suspension experience being a plus, be familiar with ski/snowboard product, have strong customer service skills, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment. This position is a mix of hands on service work and customer service in a hospitality setting.

Requirements:Qualifications
- Passion for cycling and snow sports
- Self-motivated learner, with a high level of attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with mechanical systems present on bicycles and skis.
- Ability to correctly use basic tools
- Top-notch customer service skills, and ability to always jump in with enthusiasm to help customers
- Previous shop experience is a plus but not required.
- Trustworthiness and reliability
- Able to work at least one weekend day
