**Job Overview** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our office while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to develop their skills. **Responsibilities** - Greet patients, visitors, and colleagues in a warm and welcoming manner. - Manage patient records, including data entry and maintaining confidentiality. - Utilize computer literacy skills to proficiently use office software, including Microsoft Office. - Assist with various administrative tasks, such as answering phones and responding to inquiries. - Provide exceptional customer service and support through written and verbal communication. - Maintain a clean and organized office environment. - Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails. - Manage and maintain dental receptionist tasks, including scheduling appointments and preparing treatment plans. - Develop proficiency in using dental software and practice management systems. - Be knowledgeable about dental procedures and terminology. - Possess fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with bilingual patients. **Requirements** - High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior experience in a dental office or a related field. - Strong customer service skills. - Proficiency with data entry and computer literacy. - Experience with phone systems and office software. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with bilingual patients. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
