Energetic Sales Manager / Product Presenter

About the position

Outlandish Digital is looking for a Sales Manager / Product Presenter role for an e-commerce Shop! Outlandish is one of the top livestreaming agencies in the US and has worked with big name brands across the globe, with over $10 million in GMV. Our goal is to make the most entertaining place to shop in the world, putting customer experience first. Brands from all over the world hire Outlandish Inc to host livestream events and push sales on our streams.

The Livestream Sales Manager / Product Presenter is the face of the brand and the key person that the audience tunes in to watch daily! Our goal is to take the brand to the next level, while inspiring and building a community for viewers, giving them the best products for amazing prices through livestreams and videos.

*Please note this will be a part time position to start, transitioning to full-time after 30 days depending on performance. Also, this is a live on air position. You need to feel confident in front of the camera.

Responsibilities:

• Being the front-facing presenter of a brand and selling through a livestream platform.
• Maintaining a dynamic on-camera presence and adapting to different content styles.
• Developing sales strategies, including livestream and video creatives, ensuring that the sales narrative aligns with the global story.
• Taking ownership of content creation and customer engagement through your unique personality and aura.
• Reporting on sales activity, highlighting insights, success and attributions.
• Communicating effectively with the livestream team.
• Being comfortable wearing many hats in your role, as we are a start-up, with plenty of room for growth.

Key Experience Required:

• TikTok / Social Media platform knowledge.
• Experience planning and hosting in front of a live audience (livestreaming, on-air personality, podcasting, content creator, etc.)
• Strong project management skills.
• Tech savvy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail store management experience.
• Prior sales experience with history of meeting sales goals.
• Experience with managing suppliers and brands.
• Experience with data analytics.

• Work Location: Must be able to commute to Simi Valley, CA and Santa Monica, CA
• Please note: this is not a remote position, as you will be hosting at our livestream studios

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Compensation package:

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
