The AZ Data Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, filling in call offs when necessary, recruiting, emergency on-call rotation as needed for PTO for current staff, and ad hoc job changes/reports as needed in our Mesa office Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer all incoming calls
- Scheduling ensures all client schedules are covered for the week and preferably into the following week Scheduling & covering shifts takes priority over all other duties.
- Must communicate all schedule/caregiver changes/updates to the client/caregiver immediately
- Recruiting team effort in recruiting caregivers with a current staffing specialist
- Cover shifts for call-offs/no-shows as needed (take this opportunity to assess the current caregiver and the clients home/service to ensure quality controls) during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm Mon- Fri
- Ensure care plans are executed as implemented with Case Manager as a team
- Update information as needed in a timely manner for all systems, situations, etc with the team
- Liaison between Spanish only speaking clients/caregivers with office staff in need
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Director
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate or GED preferred
- Excellent computer skills and must be detailed oriented/accurate
- Must have good interpersonal communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
PREFERRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- ?Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
