Job Posting for Business Dev. Liaison at Outreach Health
As a Business Development Liaison for Outreach Health, you are responsible for generating new client leads, conducting in-home assessments, and signing new clients. This will be accomplished through cold calling, implementing the 52 Weeks Marketing plan and by developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with the professional community who are able to refer clients to Outreach Health.
Responsibilities:
Identifies all local influence centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctor’s offices, and other health providers) to determine lead sources.
Build and maintain a database of potential referrers.
Achieve weekly visit frequency with key targets and deliver messaging as per the52 Week Marketingprogram and any other marketing campaigns and strategies.
Personally visit and arrange meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients; this includes private, public and non-profit organizations.
Arrange presentations of Outreach Health at staff meetings in hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, and private companies.
Attend trade shows, conferences, networking events representing Outreach Health. Network with others in the industry to develop additional lead sources.
Perform client assessments, create, and input care plans into CRM program and coordinate with the office staff to ensure client needs are communicated and care starts in a timely manner.
Perform market research and analysis including evaluating operational processes to determine how competitive Outreach is with the latest trends in the industry.
Maintain and manage52 Weeks (CRM) Customer Relationship Management Systemto track leads andfollow-up on leads.
Meet with the Administrator weekly to discuss opportunities, referrals status, activity, etc.
Develop and maintain a marketing budget.
Any other duties as deemed necessary by the Administrator or BOS
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field or equivalent experience
Minimum five (5) years of related sales management experience
Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members and clients.
Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting.
Demonstrated history of planning successful marketing events
Time management and organizational skills to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
Must be detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal communications skills.
