What are the responsibilities and job description for the Competitive Intelligence Analyst position at Outreach?
Our success is dependent on building teams that include people from different backgrounds and experiences who can challenge each other’s assumptions with fresh perspectives. To that end, we look for a diverse pool of applicants including those from historically marginalized groups — women, people with disabilities, people of color, people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and/or gender nonconforming, first and second generation immigrants, veterans, and people from different socioeconomic backgrounds.
Outreach is the leading engagement & intelligence platform with the largest customer base and industry-leading usage, helping companies achieve their revenue goals and drive more insightful engagement with their customers.
We are looking for a Competitive Intelligence Analyst to play a crucial role in developing our market intelligence. A critical member of the Product Marketing team, you will provide the GTM and Product teams with a deep technical and strategic understanding of the competitive landscape, and build strategic programs to monitor, position effectively, and win deals against competing products and services. You will be our go-to leader for competitive enablement, effective sales tools, internal/external competitive research, technical breakdowns, win/loss analysis, and real-time, in-the-field deal support.
This role requires a researcher mentality and a storytelling skillset, with an ability to turn data into insights. The right candidate will have sales technology domain expertise, strong communication and project management skills, and experience in creating compelling messaging to educate stakeholders on competitive offerings.
