In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, identifying their needs, and setting up appointments for our sales team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads. Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate interest in the company’s products or services. Schedule Appointments: Set up qualified appointments and meetings between potential clients and our sales representatives. Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to confirm appointments and reschedule if necessary. Product Knowledge: Understand and clearly communicate the features and benefits of the company’s products or services to prospective clients. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns of potential clients. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting goals. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team regarding customer insights and potential leads. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize the appointment-setting process and improve lead conversion rates. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
