This is a leadership role to assist the Front Desk Manager to help lead front desk agents and bell /valet staff in the manager’s absence. The Front Desk Supervisor is involved in training and directing the front office ensuring The Overton Hotel and Conference Center’s quality standards as well as guest satisfaction are met. Front Desk Supervisors greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service, and close out guest accounts upon completion of stay. Additional job duties include effective communication both verbally and written and observing performance and encouraging improvement of staff. Previous front desk experience or similar customer service experience a must.
