As a Program Coordinator, you would be responsible for overseeing and managing programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, coordinating team functions, and ensuring the person in services’ needs, as outlined by their Individual Plans (IP), are met.
A successful Program Coordinator will have excellent spoken and written communication in English and be skilled in executing thorough assessments, developing service and support plans, and supervising, implementing, & monitoring services delivered.

Program Coordinator Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent in a closely related field.
- Must possess professional and expert knowledge of family dynamics and methods for crisis intervention.
- Must have a solid computer and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Must be able and willing to work some hours outside of normal working hours to respond to emergencies or to otherwise meet the needs of the people we serve and their families.
- Must have consistent access to reliable transportation that will allow for quick response in an emergency.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record and proof of insurance per Overture insurance guidelines.
- Able to pass a background check and other screening per organization requirements.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and follow-through from beginning to end on assigned tasks.
- Solid skills in working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities and/or their families.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, and basic knowledge of family dynamics and methods for crisis intervention.

Salary Range:
$38,000 - $39,000 per year
