OH Partners is seeking a DIGITAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE with 3-5 years of experience in digital media buying/campaign management (preferably with programmatic experience).
Position Overview:
- Demonstrate industry knowledge across all digital media
- Exhibit industry expertise, specifically with online programmatic buying and a basic understanding of search engine marketing
- Works within the media team to set integrated campaign strategies that will work across both digital and traditional mediums (i.e. TV, OTT, radio, streaming radio, rich media, etc.)
- Supports account service and business development teams with subject matter expertise
- Performs extensive market research to evaluate target audience and preferred delivery methods
- Manages all interactive assignments which includes strategy and planning for programmatic buying (display, rich, video), social media buying, and some search engine marketing
- Assists in the identification and qualification of digital media vendors for client strategies
- Facilitates key meeting setup, scheduling and conference reports
- Ensures that all campaigns are running as planned, on budget, and with the proper creative message
- Manages digital billings including maintaining buys, invoices and billing transfer into Workamajig
- Maintains e-filing
- Monitors accuracy of ordered media and digital campaigns
- Resolves discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner
- Orders and confirms digital buys in STRATA
- Promptly communicates interdepartmentally
- Maintains a detailed list of incoming projects and project timelines
- Provides weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reporting as needed by client
- Manages job allocation and time management within Workamajig
- Attains training and certification in web analytics, search engine marketing, interactive marketing, email marketing and mobile phone marketing
- Provides support to media department as needed
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in digital media buying/campaign management (programmatic experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with MacOS, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of Google AdWords and Google Analytics
- STRATA and Workamajig experience preferred
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math skills required
- Positive outlook and team player mentality
- Some travel required (less than 10%)
