Job Summary
Researches, analyzes, and makes recommendations for benefits plans and programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Compiles and analyzes benefits data and provides recommendations.
- Reviews contracts and recommends changes in benefit documents in accordance with federal/state legislation and plan provisions.
- Responsible for working with HR information systems to implement/revise benefit interfaces.
- Assists in the coordination of annual benefits enrollment and new hire orientation.
- Impacts quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration required upon hire OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources required upon hire OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Organizational Development required upon hire OR
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field required upon hire
- A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant experience required
- No licensure/certification/registration required
