Position Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work.
- Oversee three to four man crew.
- Safely operate and maneuver equipment trailers.
- Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision and quality.
- Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety.
- Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed.
- Preform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw).
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
- Responsible for work outcomes that are assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to travel nationwide up to 85% of the time
- 3 years’ experience as a construction foreman.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members.
- Exceptional time management, accountability, and prioritization skills.
- Possess basic computer skills including word, excel & email.
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members.
- Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented.
- Ability to support a fast paced, demanding work schedule; could include late evenings and/or weekends when requested.
- Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving.
- Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid and rainy during all seasons throughout the year.
- May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated.
- Compliant in wearing common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on-site.

Salary : $52,800 - $66,900
