Construction Foreman

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction tasks with a focus on concrete and electrical work.
• Oversee three to four man crew.
• Safely operate and maneuver equipment trailers.
• Read and understand blueprints and build to specification instructions with precision and quality.
• Ensure job is coordinated from start to finish to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Provide detailed and accurate reporting of daily duties performed.
• Preform restoration of areas where work has been performed (leveling, seed, and straw).
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
• Responsible for work outcomes that are assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel nationwide up to 85% of the time
• 3 years’ experience as a construction foreman.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills.
• Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members.
• Exceptional time management, accountability, and prioritization skills.
• Possess basic computer skills including word, excel & email.
• Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members.
• Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented.
• Ability to support a fast paced, demanding work schedule; could include late evenings and/or weekends when requested.
• Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and driving.
• Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid and rainy during all seasons throughout the year.
• May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinated.
• Compliant in wearing common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on-site.
