We are looking for a Project Inspector to join our Rogers, AR team!
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site inspections of projects, including residential and commercial properties, to ensure compliance with design specifications, construction standards, and regulatory requirements.
Review project plans and specifications to gain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
Performs measurements and tests, computations or other work in preparing change orders, contractor payment estimates and other related documentation.
Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings, including non-compliance issues and recommendations for corrective action.
Provide technical assistance and support to contractors and other stakeholders to resolve construction issues and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Review and approve contractor submittals, including materials, shop drawings, and equipment.
Attend project meetings, including pre-construction and progress meetings, to provide input and guidance as needed.
Qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience in private land development construction inspection or a related field.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards related to private land development.
Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Salary : $53,800 - $68,100
