Production Department - Position located in Stuart, FL

OX Floor Coatings, www.oxfloors.com, is looking for a full-time and experienced Service Technician for our new office located in Stuart, FL.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Production department supports the company by installing our Polyaspartic floor coating primarily in residential homes and commercial properties. Your role is a newly created position in our Production department. If there are any customer concerns after the installation, your role is to visit the customer on their property and fix/repair their flooring issue. Other duties may be assigned due to business necessity.

This is an excellent role for someone who thrives in a start-up role and wants to work for a rapidly growing company. Your attention to detail, problem-solver, effective communication, and customer satisfaction skill sets are vital in this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Visit customer's property, listen to customer's flooring concern, and repair their floor
• Customer Focus
• Drive company truck in a safe manner
• Manage daily output from a quality and quantity standpoint to satisfy customer's problem
• Ensure compliance with company policies and practices
• Maintains a clean and safe work area at all times
• Maintains good employee relationships and promote teamwork in the department
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned by management
• Duties performed in a warehouse setting and on customer's property

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

* Proven work experience using a computer scheduling program to schedule jobs and installers is a must

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and complete work flow as instructed by management

* Must be very organized with the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision

* Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, lift up to 40 lbs

* Proficient with email, computers, and database management tools

* Courteous and presentable image a must!

* Problem-Solver using excellent verbal, organizational, interpersonal skills, and listening skills

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4pm

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship from employer.

Must have satisfactory background check, drug test, and dmv record.
