Job Posting for Social Emotional Learning Coordinator at Oxbow High School
Oxbow Middle/High School is looking to hire a Director of Social Emotional Learning starting with the 2024-2025 school year. This is an administrative position, requiring certification as a Vermont Principal.
The Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Coordinator supports the design and implementation of the social-emotional learning curriculum, standards, instruction, and assessment in the school. Apart from the day-to-day work that directly impacts students, they deliver professional development for staff, support the building level interventionists, and assist mental health support staff. The SEL Coordinator is the individual primarily responsible for building-level student behavioral support and remedial services delivered either individually and/or in group situations, as well as coordinating consultation with other professionals.
