JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to conduct research, analysis, and investor relations for various projects for the Asset Management Department.
JOB DUTIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Conduct research for commercial acquisitions and other business opportunities.
2. Coordinate investor communication and track relevant investor information.
3. Monitor market conditions, perform economic analysis and provide reporting.
4. Coordinate investor distributions, the investor portal, investment updates, and investor tax document distribution.
5. Due diligence for sales, acquisitions, and refinancing of properties.
6. Provide additional support to Acquisitions/Investments team as necessary.
7. Conduct quarterly lender financial reporting.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s Degree and 1-3 years related experience or equivalent preferred.
2. Demonstrated knowledge of business, economics, and financial mathematics.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to correspond in a professional, businesslike manner. Preference for a candidate with demonstrated ability for professional writing.
4. Ability to employ logical reasoning to understand and carry out instructions furnished in a variety of forms, including but not limited to verbal, written, or diagram.
5. Perform all job duties with a positive attitude.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
Employee will be regularly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, and talk or hear. Employee will be frequently required to reach with hands or arms. Employee is occasionally required to sit or stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, as well as use multiple flights of stairs. Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Normal working office conditions.
