POSITION SUMMARY
The Consultant Care Specialist is responsible for diverse day-to-day consultant facing activity, to include : Inbound and outbound phone calls, consultant and recruiter directed emails, and consultant support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiate outbound calls to consultants to learn about their consultant, client, and Oxford experiences, in an effort to provide superior customer service experience.
- Answer inbound calls and emails to assist consultants with various inquiries, including escalated conflict resolution.
- Navigate relevant systems to provide world class customer service to all stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries from management, clients, etc.
- Provide project assistance / analysis as needed.
- Handle research requests for detail / documentation as needed.
- Performed working hours 8 : 30AM-5PM eastern time.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in, Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proven excellent customer service skills.
- Detail oriented individual with excellent work / time organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior outbound Call Center or Inside Sales Customer Service experience.
- Work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Self-motivated to meet deadlines, multitask and prioritize.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
