This role requires the ability to lead development work, mentor a team, and execute a wide range of civil engineering and management tasks across various market sectors including industrial, commercial, residential, energy, mining, and oil/gas.

Essential Duties
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Perform site evaluations, feasibility studies, and cost estimates.
- Design and oversee the construction of site development projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
- Maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering.
- Proficient in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Strong technical proficiency in civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
