Summary
The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the sales team, while meeting company goals and KPIs. The Sales Manager will maintain sales volume, product mix, and sales team by interviewing, selecting, and orienting employees. The Sales Manager will support the sales team performance and results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
1. Audit all new sales contracts for accuracy for handoff to production
2. Oversee sales schedule and assign issued leads to Sales Reps
3. Continued development and training of all Sales Reps
4. Host weekly sales meeting
5. Host small group training sessions with Sales Reps
6. Minimum of 15 ride-alongs per month with Sales Reps for training purposes
7. Train and develop Sales Rep coaches/ mentors
8. Contact customers who are considering canceling their contract and find solution to save the job

Education/Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Two to Three Years of experience as a sales manager
· Three to five years of sales experience
· Proven track record of positive sales performance
Compensation
· Sales Manager will receive an annual base salary
· Sales Manager will receive monthly bonus
· Paid vacation will be based off the company tenure guidelines
· Holiday pay will be based off the observed company holidays
· Monthly phone reimbursement
· Company vehicle will be provided
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
