ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Maintain effective service department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement a system to prioritize scheduling service work.
Recruit, hire, develop and retain qualified service personnel.
Create an annual budget and service department goals in alignment with the organization’s financial and operational objectives.
Execute service department marketing plan and monitor service department goals to ensure marketing plan objectives are met.
Comply with all safety rules and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3 years' experience in service department operations.
Strong technical background with heavy equipment required.
Experience in supervision and management.
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Basic understanding of financial principles related to Service Department operations.
Experience using Service ADVISORTM or other computer based diagnostic repair tools is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
