What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at P3+Uplift?
P3 Uplift is in search of an experienced Account Executive to work in our Des Moines, Iowa office. This position will work closely with our Director of Executive Search. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for networking and relationship building. Along with overseeing the management of current and new clients 25% of this position will be business development targeting new clients. Candidates should be comfortable with over the phone and virtual calls as well as scheduling and conducting business meetings at client sites and in our downtown Des Moines office. This position will include prospecting and considerable outreach.
P3 Uplift is a full-service staffing and recruiting search firm complete with inhouse software design, engineering and delivery teams. With team members located throughout the nation we utilize ideal and modern work practices to meet client needs across the country. P3 Uplift Account Executives, Business Development Representives and Recruiters have uncapped commissions and flexibility within their daily schedules and offer a professional work environment including professional memeberships, online sourcing and prospecting tools
Responsibilities
- Build and client relationships through prospecting and cold out reach
- Maintain and grow client relationships within accounts through referrals and cross selling
- Schedule and present to P3 Uplift services to Executives and Sr. Leadership
- Design and develop a territory plan targeting medium and large clients
- Track and record individual metrics
- Collaborate with Director of Executive Search, P3 Uplift Account Executives daily
- Utilize sales techniques and consultative approaches when uncovering P3 Uplift opportunities
- Understand and keep up to date with current and prospective client competitors
- Ensure the highest level of professionalism and customer service is provided to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years' experience in a sales or marketing position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and online collaboration tools
- Experienced in meeting with Sr. Leadership including C suite and VP's
- Process oriented with a passion for being creative a must
- Proven results in a sales or business development position
- Experience with online prospecting tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, or others
