What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Support Professional position at PA Lifesharing LLC?
PA Lifesharing, LLC is a home and community-based human services provider serving Children, Adults, and Families who are affected by social, health, and emotional problems. We are seeking Direct Supports Professionals (DSP) /Mental Health Workers/ Companion Aides in Berks County and the surrounding area.
Hours may vary but can be flexible; Pay 15.00 up to $17.00 per hr. depending on experience
Duties/Responsibilities: help achieve Goals in ADLs, volunteer opportunities, Leisure based activities, structured activities, and participation in the community such as bowling, YMCA, shopping, etc. Assist with working on boundaries, and increasing communication & social skills.
