We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fabricator to join our team. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating various metal components using a range of tools and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret drawings, and specifications to determine the required materials and fabrication methods
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components using power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders
- Operate tubing bender, Mill for Notching.
- Perform TIG welding to join metal parts together
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure accurate dimensions
- Fabricate metal structures by assembling components using various techniques
- Rig and move fabricated structures as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role
- Proficient in assembling and fabricating metal components
- Strong knowledge of machining processes and techniques
- Familiarity with TIG welding, power tools, micrometers, calipers, and cutting equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve heavy lifting or prolonged standing
