The Student Outreach & Social Media Coordinator is part of a team responsible for implementing community service and non-partisan political programming for the Center for Community Action and Research (CCAR). Student Outreach & Social Media Coordinators are responsible for being a public-facing staff member for CCAR at community events and supporting CCAR’s social media strategy.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Above all, the optimal candidate for this position should have a passion for volunteering and civic engagement. Our preferred candidate will also be proactive, outgoing, and have good organizational skills. Working and communicating with a wide range of people, from students to professionals, will be required. The student must be a Pace NYC undergraduate student during the 2023-2024 school year.
Exact schedule to be determined with supervisor; no more than 20 hours per week when school is in session and no more than 35 hours per week during breaks.
