First we collect environmental, permitting, zoning, energy grid data from various different sources; then we analyze the data and use AI to identify the best places for developers to build their next projects.

π What Youβll Achieve
- Lead the Success team and oversee all stages of the customer lifecycle, from product evaluation, to onboarding, adoption and renewal
- Champion a customer-facing culture by actively interacting with top accounts to gather in-depth feedback to ensure their needs are met while fostering strong strategic relationships
- Manage a team of customer success managers and solution engineers
- Manage the support helpdesk and ensure a high value knowledge base content
- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to iterate on our CS strategy
- Continuously develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our renewable energy customers, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
