Pay Range: 85K-120K , depending on experience (includes Base Pay, plus Guaranteed Monthly Sales & Rental Commissions).

As a Sales Consultant at Pacific Mobile Structures, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of rental and sales revenue for our modular offerings within the Northern California market. Collaborating closely with our seasoned sales team, you will deliver top-tier modular products to our existing client base while strategically expanding our presence into new markets. Your proactive and customer-focused approach to client engagement and market expansion will be instrumental in driving sustained growth and profitability.
Job Description
Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Achieve company profit expectations (sales profit percentages, service profit percentages, and rental rate expectations).
Achieve individual sales and rental goals by pursuing opportunities and providing customers with product and service solutions.
Complete agreements, files and other documents for handoff to support staff.
Create building designs for use in proposals or for marketing lease fleet.
Responsible for the custom sales market in the defined NCA Territory.
Generate new business opportunities with new and existing clients. Use your market knowledge to identify prospect clients in the area and to negotiate profitable contracts.
Provide excellent customer service through quick response times, follow up communication, and being knowledgeable about our product.
Collaborate with the team to create sales strategy and continually strive to improve methods and share innovative ideas.
Develop relationships with manufacturers and subcontractors for completion of proposals and cost analysis.
Active participation in L10 Branch Meetings.
Understand and adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Attention to detail, strong organization, and follow-up skills.
Excellent communications skills; both verbally and written.
Strong Customer service skills.
Proven work experience as a sales consultant.
Minimum 2 years of experience providing sales support.
Physical Requirements:
Use office equipment/computers; this may require sitting for long periods at a time.
On-site, customer site visits, may be required occasionally.
May occasionally perform light lifting of supplies and materials.
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
