Position
We are currently seeking a Parts Supervisor at our office in Phoenix, AZ. Qualified candidates will be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to effectively multi-task. Familiarity with the office machine industry and OMD software is highly desirable.
As a Parts Supervisor, your duties will include:
- Supervising parts workers, responsible for personnel performance and productivity
- Handling of high priority issues as they arise
- Coordination and communication with Service Manager, salespeople, and technicians
- Assigning and writing up parts orders
- Receiving of parts
- Inventory control for warehouse and technician parts
- Participation and data-entry for supply and boxed equipment inventories
- Ordering and stocking of all parts
- Back-up for UPS shipping and receiving clerk
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in parts (auto industry acceptable)
- 1 year experience leading a team
- Strong organizational skill
- Basic typing and computer skill
- Works well in a team and independently
- Communicates clearly and effectively
- Attention to detail
- High School diploma
