Pacific West Construction & Maintenance is hiring a Project Coordinator/Estimator to join our team.
The Coordinator/Estimator is responsible for:
-Making sure jobs are scheduled with adequate labor and materials
-Work directly with Dispatcher to review incoming and planned work
-Assist field workers in making sure they have the materials on hand to be successful
-Set expectations and deadlines
-Work with Business Development Manager to submit proposals to tentative clients
-Assist vendors with access to properties
-Submit estimates to current and prospective customers
Candidates must:
-Possess exemplary communication skills
-Have reliable transportation
-Proficient in MSFT Office Suite
-Have at minimum 1.5 years of experience in the construction or maintenance industry
