Our client, a leader in paper and cellulose production, is on the lookout for a Sales Consultant with a background in the pulp and paper sector to join their collaborative team. You will be able to contribute to multidisciplinary projects and deliver against targets to improve the overall North American operation. He/She will be part of an international team that pursues better results day after day, while feeling psychologically safe in our work environment. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Build productive, professional relationships with key personnel in strategic and target customers
As a Sales Consultant, you will be working alongside a Senior and Experienced Sales Team to deliver a consistent sales performance, being the reference for the leadership team
Support the sales organization to improve processes and structure management dashboards to track sales performance, enabling a better customer experience
Present business development plans to achieve targets with new and existing customers
Be an important part of one of the main strategic projects of the company, bridging The Company’s and the customers’ long-term targets
Be part and guarantee good relationship between sales team and others, bridging the sales organization with internal stakeholders such as operations, technical and management, to meet sales performance objectives and customer expectations
Coordinate Sales Meetings with strategic and target accounts to increase brand awareness, brand equity, competitive advantages and market intelligence
Work proactively to find synergies and/or cost reduction opportunities with key accounts
Provide market intelligence from the customers to improve The Company’s knowledge of the customers
Perform proactive analysis to assure the profitability targets and goals
