Packaging Logistics is growing and looking for an Inside Sales/Administrative Assistant to support our Inside Sales team! You will be responsible for helping our team in providing excellent service to a wide range of customers and their markets. You will work directly with our Sales and Marketing Manager along with all other team members.
Packaging Logistics is a distribution company offering rigid packaging to a variety of industries including Beverage, Food, and Health to name a few. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, multitasker and who wants to be a part of a growing industry. Responsibilities:
- Helps with establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules
- Assists with keeping pricing guides up to date for sales team
- Keeps the team informed by inputting activity and customer engagements, through SalesForce CRM
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Enters new customer information into Salesforce
- Provide information about the products and sends samples for customer applications
- Manages sample room - taking inventory
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Assists with any projects that are requested by manager
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in packaging services, marketing, sales, or other related fields
- 2 year’s experience in research, data entry
- 4 year degree OR related work experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Google Docs
- Salesforce
Pay starts between $18-$20 hr. Based on experience With upside after 90 days
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
