Job Description:
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department in our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, maintaining high standards of nursing practice, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment for our nursing staff.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, ensuring the highest level of care for patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of nursing practice.

Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA
