Incentives:

Starting at $22.98 per hour $1.00 Shift differential for nights - paid weekly

Production Clerk night shift: 7PM- 7AM

Responsibilities

Objective:

Works with shift leadership during routine production operations to prepare, implement, and distribute department reports, staffing strategy, and operations management materials as well as various other manufacturing related clerk responsibilities.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Develop and compile accurate daily production reports
• Enter data into computer database for review by management
• Build and implement daily staffing strategy
• Reconcile daily production reports with adjacent shifts and departments
• Investigate and account for any variances between production data and output
• Check and update schedules, shop dockets, bill of materials, other various production materials for manning/cycle time and components used
• Prepare production materials and data for daily operations
• Prepare and record staffing data coordinating with internal and external personnel
• Audit live production data
• Generate production paperwork for print departments, keeping track of status. Insure all data is timely and accurate.
• Maintains stocks of safety equipment in the Print Department
• Provide succinct and timely communication with management reflecting safety, quality, and production data during the shift
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned
• Position requires active participation in a manufacturing environment
  
  

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree preferred. Must be able to read and write in English. Must be able to perform basic to intermediate math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).

Experience: 3-5 yrs prior experience working in manufacturing environment.

Skills: Solid computer skills working with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and SAP. Must have good communication skills and able to work comfortably with all levels of management.

Working Conditions: Work is performed in an office environment. The position is full-time and may require some weekend and evening work.
