We are hiring for a Sourcing Manager for direct procurement in Minneapolis, MN who is responsible for managing and coordinating the sourcing a major group of materials and equipment for one or more sites and multiple categories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts Spend Analysis and Opportunity Assessment.
- Leverages spend data to identify strategic sourcing opportunities and implement demand planning processes.
- Assesses sourcing opportunities and develop category project plan.
- Develops category profiles for responsible categories.
- Develops and executes on negotiation strategies for responsible categories.
- Monitors and measures supplier performance and organization compliance to negotiated terms and conditions.
- Participates in the research, development, and design of long-range strategic objectives for future operational improvements.
- May manage or mentor a sourcing team.
Minimum Requirements:
- University Degree
- Typically a minimum of 8 years work experience required
Experience
Required- 8 year(s): Sourcing/supply chain experience
Education
Required- Bachelors or better
