Paddy´s Beach Club is seeking a full-time seasonal and part-time seasonal Front of House Manager to join our Management Team. The 2024 season runs from May-September
Paddy´s Beach Club is high volume beachfront tourist destination with multiple revenue streams
Candidate must be energetic and have a passion for food, hospitality, and great experience.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:
Salary: from $750.00 - $1400 per week

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following:
- Restaurant management experience preferred. Willing to train motivated individuals with at least 2 years experience in a restaurant setting.
- The ability to function well under pressure
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Open availability for scheduling
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- An understanding of restaurant POS systems, preferably TOAST
- Experience with scheduling and online scheduling programs, preferably ScheduleFly or HotSchedules.
- Ability to work a 55-60 hour week from May through September for Full Time
- Ability to work a 25-30 hour week from May through September for Full Time
