Human Resources Internship Summary:
The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for providing support to the HR Team.
- Support the Organizational-Development team with an organizational-wide launch of new training process
- Work with key stakeholders to incorporate new digital training platform across all locations
- Assist with coordination, set-up and facilitation of new Team Member onboarding class at both local and remote PADNOS locations
- Coordinate, attend & assist with recruiting hiring events
- Coordinate & attend Summer Intern Program volunteer events
- Works with Summer Celebration Team to plan, purchase and distribute gifts to all PADNOS sites
- Actively participates in Internship Program and associated events
Human Resources Internship Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s or associates degree in Human Resources or business related field
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Demonstrated excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and gain buy-in from others
- High sense of urgency, customer-service driven, and team player mentality
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
