Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Resident Manager The Resident Manager shall provide overall management, guidance, and technical supervision to the Contractor staff, ensuring timely and quality performance and professionalism. The Resident Manager shall be available at all times to discuss contract-related issues with the COR and to supervise daily operations and shall cooperate fully with officials at post on all security and personal conduct issues. Qualifications At least seven years of specialized experience in the human relations' field, including employee and/or labor relations work, guidance, counseling, and supervising or directing a large workforce of 40-60 people Good interpersonal and communication skills The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret government security clearance Amentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
