About the Role
The Marketing Lead will oversee B2B digital marketing, social media, demand generation, and website management for Pagaya.
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this person will help relaunch and manage Pagaya’s corporate website, develop/execute/measure demand generation campaigns, and lead paid and organic social media initiatives targeting B2B prospects and clients, as well as generating new investor interest. This hire will also support the broader marketing team across content and analytics, and serve as a key liaison across multiple departments including the Pagaya sales team and manage key agency relationships.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the overall digital marketing strategy to acquire, engage, and retain clients through traditional and digital channels including SEO, SEM, social, email and web
- Take ownership of our website rebuild project, ensuring seamless execution, timely delivery, and exceptional quality
- Lead, manage, and measure Pagaya corporate and key executives’ social handles, aligning content to corporate messaging
- Manage marketing operations platforms and CRM (e.g. Hubspot) used to generate and support client journeys
- Lead and oversee the paid media strategy working collaboratively to support business priorities and critical business objectives
- Direct management of our digital marketing agency, owning the relationship with complete end-to-end oversight
- Support the execution of the digital measurement framework and its integration into all other reporting efforts within the marketing ecosystem.
- Analyze competitive, customer and industry/category trends to influence innovative approaches with plans and strategies to bring fresh insights and strategies
- Campaign management - develop, implement and oversee processes for measuring the impact of marketing campaigns and tactics and provide advice on best practices
Requirements:
- 7 years of B2B marketing experience including working in digital marketing, experience with tech, product-led marketing is a plus
- Proven track record in orchestrating and project managing large-scale marketing initiatives, adept at crafting and implementing streamlined processes, with a demonstrable focus on website management expertise
- Proven ability to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration
- Solid grasp of SEO/SEM techniques and platforms
- Knowledge of the latest media tactics across the paid media ecosystem, including OTT/streaming video, audio/podcast, programmatic, direct buys/sponsored content, paid social
- Hands-on experience with Marketing tech platforms and vendors, such as Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, Wordpress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in leading and optimizing agency partnerships, adept at driving collaboration and maximizing performance
- Comfortable diving into data to find solutions to complex problems and communicating advanced technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, including written and verbal executive communication skills
- Experience working successfully in a fast-paced global organization, particularly in a similar tech environment
- Team player mindset with the ability to work independently to effectively drive results and move initiatives forward
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or related advanced degree a plus
