Looking to hire someone to run our office! The candidate MUST have experience working in an office! You MUST have experience working with Quickbooks and Excel.

We are a small office for a construction contractor. The company relies heavily on this position to perform all administrative tasks to keep the business running. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, ability to multi-task, excellent grammar and typing skills, and experience using Quickbooks, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe.
Please apply ONLY if you are available to work Monday - Wednesday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM / Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM / Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. These are the hours.
The pay for this position is $19-20 per hour. There are NO medical benefits provided.
Duties in this position involve answering phone calls, preparing invoices, preparing and maintaining reports, providing customer service, generating sales reports, scheduling projects and estimates, organizing, daily filing, sorting mail, arranging meetings, customer support, accounts receivable and payable management, and other general office support tasks as assigned by manager.
In this position you must know how to keep yourself organized, pay attention to detail and provide excellent customer service.
Experience working with Quickbooks, Excel, Adobe, Google Programs, Word and other similar programs is required.
You must be reliable and able to be on time for work daily.
You must have the ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
