About your Role:
The Clinical Director Lead Supervisor is generally responsible for supervision of the position of Clinical Director for each local office in West Virginia.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in hiring of Clinical Director position
- Direct supervision of Clinical Director staff
- Completion of general Clinical Director duties (i.e. billing and incident reports) during vacation times and position vacancies
- Assure that all services are being provided in accordance with treatment plans
- Assure all policies and procedures are followed
- Attend monthly Management Team Meetings and Internal Review Committee meetings
- Assist in conducting internal investigations for all critical and abuse/neglect incidents
- Complete CD performance evaluations per policy
- Oversee billing for each office
- Oversee incident reporting process for each office
Does the Following Apply to You?
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Field.
· Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
· At least two year of staff supervisory experience.
