Role Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Pakglobal LLC, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full sales cycle. Your responsibilities will include prospecting, nurturing customer relationships, conducting product presentations, and ensuring customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to prospect and expand new business opportunities .
• Develop strong customer relationships through email, phone.
• Identify and pursue new accounts to grow the customer base.
• Conduct cold calls on behalf of the sales team and coordinate introductions and meetings with the appropriate salesperson.
• Provide support to the customer service team as needed.
• Assist internal departments in order fulfillment, including customer service, sample-making, shipping, and accounting.
• Handle customer inquiries and collaborate with the quality and manufacturing departments to resolve any issues.
• Attend sales meetings to exchange ideas and strategies that support sales goals and overall company objectives.
• Offer market-based feedback on new products and sales opportunities.
• Represent Pakglobal LLC at trade shows, introduce new products, and establish new connections.
• Assist customer service in entering market sample orders when required.
