Office Manager and e-Commerce Professional needed for a fast-growing furniture wholesale/e-Commerce business in Linden, NJ.
Position: Office Manager/e-Commerce Professional (Full Time Position)
Job Requirements:
- Create shipping labels by using ShipWorks (will train)
- Process orders from E-Commerce partners such as Wayfair, Overstock, Lowe's, Amazon, Houzz, eBay, etc.
- Communicate with E-Commerce partners' customer care representatives
- Answer phones, take orders from furniture stores and enter into QuickBooks
- Liaise with salespeople and furniture stores
Skills:
- e-Commerce experience
- Good writing and communication skills
- Customer relations experience
Higher pay for:
- Web design and maintenance professionals
Basic Software Knowledge:
- QuickBooks
- Excel, MS Word
- Photoshop, Corel Draw is a plus
Job Details:
- Languages: Spanish is a plus
- Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
Compensation:
- $50,000-$75,000 commensurate with skills and experience
- Paid 5-day yearly vacations and 10 Federal holidays
- Yearly 5% pay raises
- Christmas and New Year bonuses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
