Job Title : (k) Client Service Associate
Work Location : West Henrietta, NY
Duration : month contract with option to extend
Hours : Monday-Friday -pm during training ( weeks) & then - after training
Education / Experience Required : High school diploma
Job Description :
These employees will temporarily staff either our inbound phone queue in a call center environment or our inbound click-to-chat queue.
Both roles will be determined after training is complete, both have scheduled breaks & lunches. Candidates should expect inbound calls / chats per day to be worked.
Under a significant level of guidance and direction, provides customer service for one client product. Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively, and in accordance with client policies and procedures.
