Position Summary
It takes a big heart to help shape little minds! Palatine Park District is hiring C.A.R.E. Before/After School Staff for the upcoming school year. If you get excited about helping children reach their full potential, then this position might be the right fit for you.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience supervising staff in a child care setting
- Must have a proven record of dependability and responsibility
- Must be able to remain professional during challenging work situations
- Must be comfortable coaching and redirecting staff in a respectful manner
- Must be able to work both before and after school hours Monday-Friday
- Enjoy working with children
- Energetic and positive attitude
