Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.
Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.
When you’ll work…
We are currently hiring experienced Production Manager to join our team to lead our high performing 2nd shift team of pizzaiolos!
What you’ll do…
Lead pizza production operations and collaborate with other areas of manufacturing including warehouse, bakery, quality, and maintenance.
Foster positive employee relations through ensuring all employees are treated with respect, held accountable and their concerns and opinions are held in high regard.
Participate in training and development activities for the team to include coverage of rules, regulations, and job responsibilities related to Safety, GMPs, and 5S.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of servant leadership to encourage and support the team as well as provide counseling and guidance on performance.

Proven ability to promote safety for people and product.
Utilizing knowledge from your 5 years’ manufacturing leadership experience with knowledge of BRC, SQF, and/or USDA facility preferred.
Organized and methodical approach to shift leadership to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
Dedicated people leader focused on growing and developing their team.
Team player with excellent communication skills ready to work hard to ensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
