Overview:

Have experience with coffee and sales? If so, you definitively can't miss this opportunity! We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. We offer SOLELYY COMMISSION BASED TO START. We are a launched coffee company, based in Oakland, in the business for 30 years now . We sell a variety of products from coffee beans to package coffee, from tea to whipper mix for cappuccino machines, from syrups to cups, lids and espresso pods. However, you will get a products sheet that includes all the items we sell along with relative pricing. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and really committed to work. Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and maximize upselling opportunities
- Assist in inventory management and restocking products

Skills:

- Experience in appliance sales or related field is preferred but not necessary
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficient in basic math for transactions and inventory management
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for engaging with diverse customers
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy and welcoming store environment

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $500.00 per week

Shift:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
