Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
- Process orders and provide ETA's for deliveries and pick-ups
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide additional information
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Maintain a professional and postitive attiude while interacting with customers to ensure a postive customer service experience
- Invoicing
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish
- Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work well in a team environment
