Job Responsibilities:
- Face to face communication with customers while waiting on completion of services
- Analyzing customer data to determine potential needs
- Recognizing and capitalizing opportunities to further assist
- Answer customer questions regarding recent product and service purchases
- Make outbound customer calls
- Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases
- Ensure that customers are happy with their service experience
- Answer customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, equipment, claims, and reports problem areas
- Hold weekly meeting with service team to resolve service concerns
- Increase survey count submission
Job Requirements:
- Automotive customer retention or service experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone
- Excellent organizational skills, with extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
- Energy and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective conversation style
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- CDK background a plus
