Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled repair reports
- Order repair parts, investigate prices, communicate information
- Request office supplies
- Review sale/loan paperwork
Requirements
- Proven admin or assistant experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and web search
- MUST be bilingual (Spanish and English)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
